Dr.K.K Praveen graduated MBBS from Calicut Medical College in 1981. He graduated MD in Psychiatry from Calicut Medical College in 1987. His MD In Internal medicine is From Kasthurba Medical College, Mangalore In 1993. Since 1993 he is working as consultant physician and Psychiatrist at mother hospital Thrissur and also runs his own clinic at Kanjani road, outpost, Ayyanthole.

Introduction

Doctors clinic came into being in January 1995 when Dr. Praveen shifted his practice from Mullassery ( a Panchayath 15 km west of Thrissur Town) to Thrissur Town. It is a Private Clinic owned and run by Dr. Praveen.

We practice only Modern Medicine. The areas of practice are Psychiatry and Internal Medicine. Dr.Praveen is mainly interested in the practice of Evidence Based Medicine.

Our Laboratory performs most of the common Hematology, Chemistry and Urine tests and maintains a close relationship with all major Laboratories for more complicated laboratory testing. Standardization of the tests are done according to External Quality Assurance Scheme (Under aegis of ACBI) Department of Clinical Biochemistry , CMC Vellore.

We also run 2 retail Medical shops one at Out Post, Kanjany Road, Ayyanthole (Doctor's Drugs) Another near Mother Hospital, Olari ,Thrissur (Doctor's Medicals) Both Medical Shops are manned by Qualified and experienced staff All medicines prescribed from the Clinic are available in these Medical Shops
